The tour will begin from the famous Piazza di Spagna, home of the enchanting Spanish Steps (Trinità dei Monti staircase) and the Baroque-style Fountain of the Boat (Fontana della Barcaccia). From there we will visit the Trevi Fountain, a backdrop for many notable films including La Dolce Vita and Roman Holiday. Next we will cross the Piazza di Pietra where you will see the impressive temple dedicated to the emperor Hadrian. The tour will continue in the direction of the Pantheon, a temple dedicated to the pagan gods and today a consecrated church, admired for the unique architecture of its large circular dome with a central hole, which has been studied and admired by intellectuals, artists and experts of all ages.
Finally, we will arrive in Piazza Navona, the square that contains the church of Sant’Agnese in Agone by Francesco Borromini and the famous Fountain of the Four Rivers by Gian Lorenzo Bernini. The beautiful square still maintains the shape of the ancient stadium of emperor Domitian.
